Summit House is set on a quiet street in Cardiff city centre and offers contemporary student accommodation only 10 minutes’ walk from Cardiff University. Brook Studios is situated on Bristol Rd, Birmingham, and is ideally located walking distance from the Edgbaston campus of the University of Birmingham.
Forest Contracts proudly manufactured the bespoke furniture for both these private student accommodation developments. Our team crafted the kitchen and bedroom furniture for over 160 rooms across both sites, with more than 25 different kitchen layout variations to suite the different bedroom shapes and sizes. Aspects of the public areas were also manufactured, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality finish throughout these modern student living spaces.
